Zanzibar Dolfin Tour Kizimkazi


This is a Half Day Tour. As the dolphins are usually the most active during the morning hours, you will be picked up at your hotel at around 6 am and be transferred to Kizimkazi Village in the south of the island. Kizimkazi is also the site of a 12th century mosque, the earliest evidence of Islam in East Africa, and is thus worth a visit for both natural and cultural reasons.

You will take a small boat for 20 min to the area where dolphins are usually in sight. Once you arrived, your expert guide will look out for any signs of dolphins and will let you know where to find them. Take a dip in the fresh and clear water and enjoy this once in a lifetime experience together with your loved ones. Swim and dive with these beautiful and intelligent animals.

If you are lucky they will even play with you. Sometimes the dolphin families can have up to 15-20 members. After two hours of dolphin sighting you will head back to the village with memories which will last you forever and
